Flared-Hem Dress

Short, loose-fitting dress in a soft cotton blend fabric. Features a round neckline with a deep V-shaped front opening and narrow ties, and a back yoke. The front shoulder seams are slightly shifted forward and accented with gathers; the dress also features elbow-length puff sleeves with elasticated cuffs, and gathers at the hips. Finished with a flared hem.
